1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked a tour with Conway Townhouses through our website at https://conwaytownhomes.com/ , or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, tour reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Which utilities am I responsible for?

We keep it simple to help you save. The owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants are only responsible for their personal power (Rocky Mountain Power), gas (Enbridge Gas), and their choice of internet provider.

How does parking work?

Each unit is permitted up to two vehicles in our resident parking area. Because we are a low-density community, you’ll find that parking is convenient and close to your front door, and best of all, it’s included in your rent at no extra charge.

What makes a townhouse better than a standard apartment?

At Conway, our townhouses provide multi-level living, meaning you have a private entrance and no neighbors living above or below you. This significantly reduces noise and increases your overall privacy.

How do you handle emergency maintenance?

Yes. Your safety and comfort are priorities. We have a dedicated 24-hour emergency maintenance line to handle urgent issues outside of regular business hours.

How fast is the move-in process?

We focus on a fast-track application process. Once you've toured a unit and submitted your paperwork, our local management team works quickly to get you approved and settled into your new home.

How does maintenance work?

We pride ourselves on being responsive. For standard requests, you can expect a response within 1–3 business days, with most repairs completed within 3–10 business days (depending on parts/vendor availability). For urgent matters, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance support.

In what school district is Conway Townhouse Apartments?

Conway Townhouses are located within the Ogden School District, making it a great home base for families.

What is your pet policy?

We are a pet-friendly community! There is a $295 pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet rent per animal. If you have an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), there are no fees or deposits required with valid documentation.
